BriefMe is a software tool

BriefMe provides document organization, AI-assisted draft analysis, reviewer notes, and workpaper support. It is not a lender, broker, credit bureau, law firm, compliance adviser, or automated underwriting result system.

No lending decisions

• BriefMe does not approve, deny, price, rank, or recommend loans.
• Human review is required for all extracted data, assumptions, risk flags, calculations, and final workpapers.
• Users remain responsible for their own underwriting, compliance, adverse action, fair lending, privacy, retention, and audit obligations.

No guarantee of extracted data accuracy

AI-assisted and OCR-derived outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Users must validate documents, calculations, extracted fields, monthly rows, and summaries before relying on them.

Acceptable use

• Use BriefMe only for lawful business purposes and only with documents you are authorized to upload, process, and review.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, row-level access controls, storage permissions, rate limits, or security safeguards.
• Do not upload malware, intentionally misleading files, or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, using accurate account information, limiting access to authorized personnel, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Limitations in plain English

BriefMe is provided to support human reviewers, but software can fail and draft analysis can be wrong. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BriefMe is not responsible for lending outcomes, compliance decisions, lost profits, indirect damages, or losses caused by relying on unverified draft outputs.
