Email support@briefme.ai for product support. We currently handle support manually during pilot and early customer workflows.

What to send

  • Your BriefMe account email.
  • The application or business name related to the issue.
  • A screenshot if it does not expose unnecessary borrower data.
  • The approximate date and time of the issue, including timezone if possible.
  • What action failed, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw.

Security issues

If you believe you found a vulnerability, exposed borrower data, account access problem, or document permission issue, email security@briefme.ai. Please do not include more sensitive data than needed to explain the issue.
