What to send
- Your BriefMe account email.
- The application or business name related to the issue.
- A screenshot if it does not expose unnecessary borrower data.
- The approximate date and time of the issue, including timezone if possible.
- What action failed, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw.
Security issues
If you believe you found a vulnerability, exposed borrower data, account access problem, or document permission issue, email security@briefme.ai. Please do not include more sensitive data than needed to explain the issue.
