BriefMe users can request deletion of account data and uploaded documents through a manual support process.

What you can request
- Deletion of account profile data tied to your BriefMe user account.
- Deletion of uploaded borrower or business documents associated with applications you are authorized to manage.
- Deletion of saved AI-assisted analysis outputs, notes, and related review records where deletion is permitted.
What to include
Send deletion requests to support@briefme.ai. Include the account email, application or business name, document names if known, the type of data you want deleted, and a short statement confirming you are authorized to make the request.
Expected manual process
- BriefMe will review the request and may ask for additional verification before deleting records.
- Deletion is currently handled manually, so timing may vary based on request scope and verification needs.
- After deletion is completed, some records may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security systems until ordinary retention windows expire.
Retention limits
Legal, contractual, audit, fraud-prevention, security, or future enterprise retention obligations may require BriefMe or a customer organization to retain certain information for a defined period before deletion can be completed.
